By now, MyLot has a membership

is a social site and is open for membership internationally. Membership is
free and very fast. What do the members do on this site. They post questions,
respond to discussions and answer other's questions. The length of postings
can be anything from one word to hundreds of words. What can they discuss?
They discuss anything under the sun. One can start discussions or one can
reply to discussions.
What are the benefits? First, you get answers to your questions and you also
know what others are saying. One can develop knowledge of different things, develop
writing skills, develop friends etc. But the best part is to make money. MyLot
earns money with advertisers and then shares part of the revenue with its members.
It pays members money for doing anything on this site. Yes, you heard right,
for doing anything. Participate in any way you like, and get paid. You can
discuss, you can upload photos, etc. I have seen members writing 2 word posts,

Be". "I don't know", "What do you think", "How
do you do", "How do you squat" and the like. There are a lot
of long posts as well. Now how much MyLot pays
per post? Only MyLot knows.
I tried to find out as to how much members earn per post. I saw from the discussions
that members generally make between 2-3 cents per post. It is possible that many
members might have made more.
Though the earnings are low, it is very easy and comfortable money. That is why
members continue to stick there. If one can build a team of referrals, one can
make more. It has a good referral program. When earnings reach $10, one gets
paid through PayPal or

How can one make more money. From my experience one can follow following simple
steps to maximize earnings:
Write good content. Whatever one is writing, it should have good ideas and good
material. In short, there should be quality content.
Posted content should not have any spelling mistakes and should be grammatically
correct. It should be easily understood by others.
Keep writing every day. Write on good topics. Provide facts and figures and your
honest opinion.
Be polite and straight forward. Do not spam. Be clear.
One big mistake that many members are doing is that they want to write as many
responses as possible. This reduces the quality of posts and also affects earnings.
It is better to write a few posts less than too many. One can make as much money
with 10 posts as with 30 if the quality is good.
Also avoid responding to your own discussions. Keep your comments on responses
to your discussions to the minimum. I feel your comments on others' responses
do not get paid.
Build your referrals. The more referrals one has, the more money.
Make friends. How friends can be of benefit? Probably, you may be having some
other web sites or blogs elsewhere. You can ask your friends to have a look on
those on reciprocal basis, offer comments, join your other programs etc.
