Google policy is not to allow any such advertising on the same page, Adsense ads are being shown.
Basically most of the programs other than Google Adsense allow customization of ads o match a site, discretion to approve or reject ads and most important, no objection to work alongside with other programs. However, payout is reported to be not that impressive as in case of Adsense.
